Dinner:                                  Spaghetti w/ Meatballs

Snack:                Salmon (Mixed like tuna fish) for Sue / Sardines for Mike

Breakfast:                        Rice, Veggies w/ scrambled eggs

Lunch:                              Grilled Chicken Breast w/ Veggies

Dinner:                             Saturday Leftovers (Flank Steak)

Snack:        Celery w/ Almond Butter

Wednesday

Breakfast:                                     Smoothie

Lunch:                          Sunday Leftovers (Chicken & Veggies)

Dinner:                                  Spaghetti w/ Meatballs
